How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are handled through Apple. Open your Apple ID account settings to review, change, or cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid automatic renewal.
How do I request a refund?
Apple administers refunds under its own policies, including via reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I clear my browsing data?
Locally stored data such as tabs, history, website data, and bookmarks is controlled from within the app and your device settings. Nivaro also starts each session fresh and keeps nothing once you close the app.
How do I make a privacy request?
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. Email support@baklajan.io to submit a request.
