Nivaro Private Browser (“Nivaro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is designed to give you more control over your browsing experience. This Privacy Policy explains the limited information we may process when you use the Nivaro Private Browser application.
1Information we may receive
The app may process limited information needed to provide and maintain its features, including:
- an email address or account identifier, if you choose to use a feature that requires an account;
- subscription status, product identifiers, and purchase entitlement information provided through Apple;
- device type, operating-system version, app version, language, general region, and similar technical details;
- app performance events, diagnostic logs, and crash reports; and
- information you include when contacting customer support.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Nivaro does not collect or store your full payment-card information.
2Browsing privacy
Nivaro Private Browser is intended to support a more private browsing experience. We do not collect or retain the contents of pages you view, the search terms you enter, files you download, or the content of communications you send or receive through the browser.
Browser data stored locally on your device, such as tabs, history, website data, or bookmarks, is controlled through the app and your device settings. You can remove locally stored browser data using the controls available in the application.
3How information is used
We use operational information only as reasonably necessary to:
- make the application and its purchased features available;
- verify and manage subscription access;
- identify crashes, stability issues, and security risks;
- understand aggregate feature performance and improve the product;
- respond to questions or support requests; and
- prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use.
4Providers supporting the app
Nivaro may use service providers that help us run the app. Firebase services from Google LLC may be used for analytics, remote configuration, and crash diagnostics (Google Privacy Policy). Apphud may process subscription and purchase-entitlement information (Apphud Privacy Policy).
We do not sell personal information. Nivaro does not use third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking technologies.
5When information may be shared
We may share limited information with providers acting on our behalf, where disclosure is legally required, or where necessary to protect the safety, rights, security, or integrity of Nivaro and its users. We do not share browsing content for advertising purposes.
6Retention and security
We retain account, purchase, support, and diagnostic information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain the app. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted communications, protected infrastructure, and access restrictions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7Children and privacy requests
Nivaro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information. 8Changes and contact
We may revise this Privacy Policy as the application or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be made available in the app or on our website and will show a new “Last updated” date. For privacy questions, contact support@baklajan.io.
